430HP Cummins 6CTA8.3M Propulsion Engine For Sale 

HX cooled rated at 430hp at 2600rpm.

The rebuilding process consists of the following operations:

All parts are cleaned and magna fluxed as necessary

(6) new cylinder liners are installed

(6) new pistons, wrist pins and piston rings are installed

(1) the cylinder head is disassembled and rebuilt

(1) the camshaft and all lifters are checked for correct dimensions and replaced if necessary

(1) the crankshaft is removed and re-surfaced to standard dimensions

(6) all new rod bearings and main bearings are installed

(6) all fuel injectors are cleaned and tested for proper pressure and spray pattern

(1) all new gaskets are used for reassembly and new filters are installed.

(1) belt(s) are replaced if worn

(1) the turbo-charger, starter and alternator are cleaned and tested for proper operation

(1) the fuel injection pump is tested for proper operation

(1) the raw water pump is disassembled and rebuilt with new seals and impellor

(2) wiring harness to a pigtail plug for gauges can be installed for an additional charge ($50)

(2) engines would be painted white upon completion of rebuilding and assembly

(1) A 30-day warranty from startup date for parts and labor is included from the rebuilder.

A certified written copy of this warranty statement will be provided to you upon shipment of the engines.

Lead-time: One engine is ready now and the second one would take about 7-10 days to complete.
